What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Schools can pay annually or in agreed installments.
How does student access work?
Students are added to the platform by the school. Each student gets their own dashboard. For specific student pricing details, please contact our sales team.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes will be prorated for the remainder of your billing period.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for the Starter plan. The Enterprise plan may include a custom onboarding fee depending on requirements.
Do you offer discounts for multiple years?
Yes, schools that pay for 2 or 3 years upfront receive a 10% discount on the total.
What happens if I exceed my SMS or email limits?
You will be notified when you are approaching your limit. Additional credits can be purchased at the rates shown above.
